One-On-One Registered Nurse

• Competitive Compensation: Earn $45.00 – $57.00 per hour based on experience.
• Work Schedule: School-based schedule aligned with the CCSD academic calendar; hours determined by student need and district approval.

• Job qualifications & certifications:
  • Current, unencumbered Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or special education preferred.
  • Spanish-English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a school setting.

• Provide direct one-to-one nursing care to assigned students.
• Conduct daily health assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized healthcare plans and nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Communicate with parents/guardians, school staff, and special education teams.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation.
• Participate in required CCSD orientation, training, and compliance activities.
• Adhere to FERPA, HIPAA, and CCSD confidentiality requirements.
• Follow all district and site-specific policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to support student safety and access to learning.
