- Reviewing and Documenting Daily Care Notes
- Keeping Clients Safe
- Bathing, Toileting, Dressing
- Feeding, Transferring, Assisting with Walking
- Cueing & Redirecting
- Med Reminders & Meal Preparation
- Errands & Transportation
- Light Housekeeping
- Companionship
