Key Responsibilities
Build features alongside engineers, including retrieval pipelines, agent workflows, prompt systems, APIs, and product surfaces.
Help build and run evaluations for AI features, contributing to evaluation sets, running tests, and making evidence-based decisions on feature readiness.
Work with data, including sourcing, cleaning, and structuring datasets for AI pipelines.
Fix bugs, write tests, and participate in code review, both giving and receiving feedback.
Use AI coding assistants daily as a core part of the building process.
Demo work to the team and document builds for future development.
