CNO Financial Group is hiring an FP&A OneStream Consultant to serve as the lead subject matter expert for CNO’s OneStream platform. This role is responsible for platform administration, data integrity, system stability, and the strategic roadmap for ongoing enhancements. The position partners closely with IT, Accounting, Investments, Actuarial, and business leaders to optimize financial planning and modeling processes, deliver actionable insights from complex data, and maximize the value of the OneStream platform across the Enterprise.

This position may work fully remote from any US-based location, provided they are able to work Central or Eastern Time hours. All work must be performed within the United States, and occasional travel to corporate offices may be required.
Associates living within 60 miles of a corporate office (Carmel, IN; or Chicago, IL) have access to work from that location as needed.
Compensation
