- Will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide privacy and consent management solutions leveraging the OneTrust platform.
- The candidate must possess a strong understanding of global privacy regulations and have extensive experience leading large-scale privacy transformation initiatives.
- Mandatory Certification: Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) from IAPP (Required)
Job Responsibilities
- OneTrust Architecture & Implementation
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of OneTrust Privacy Management solutions across the organization.
- Configure and manage OneTrust modules including:
- Cookie Consent & Preference Management
- Privacy Rights Automation (DSAR/DSR)
- Data Mapping
- Data Discovery
- Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)
- Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA)
- Consent and Preference Management
- Third-Party Risk Management
- Incident & Breach Management
- Develop enterprise privacy architecture and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications
Cookie Compliance & Consent Management
Design and implement cookie consent solutions for global websites and digital properties.
Manage cookie inventories, cookie classification, and consent categorization.
Configure geolocation-based consent models and multilingual privacy notices.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and other privacy laws.
Privacy Governance and Compliance
Establish Privacy-by-Design principles across business and technology initiatives.
Lead privacy impact assessments and risk evaluations.
Define and maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Data Governance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Integration & Technical Leadership
Architect integrations between OneTrust and enterprise systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure, and custom applications.
Design APIs and automation workflows supporting privacy operations.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to implementation teams.
Drive solution design reviews, governance reviews, and architecture approvals.
Stakeholder Management
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in Privacy, Data Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
9+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing OneTrust solutions.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale privacy and consent management programs.
Deep understanding of:
GDPR
CCPA/CPRA
ePrivacy Directive
LGPD
PIPEDA
Global Privacy Regulations
Strong experience with cookie management, consent frameworks, and preference centers.
Experience developing privacy governance frameworks and operating models.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Mandatory Certifications:Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) – IAPP
