10+ years of experience in "OneTrust" or Data Architect · Strong understanding of privacy regulations and compliance requirements. Experience in implementing OneTrust technologies and modules. Proven experience as a OneTrust Architect. Ability to create detailed architectural documentation and diagrams. Experience in conducting Privacy Assessments and managing Vendor Risk. Architect and design comprehensive privacy solutions leveraging OneTrust technologies. Create detailed architectural documentation and diagrams to ensure product design clarity and adherence to enterprise standards. Develop and maintain reference architecture diagrams, developer and user handbooks. Implement and manage OneTrust Cookie Compliance, Incident Response, and Identity Proofing. Perform Privacy by Design Assessments and develop roadmaps for implementation of Privacy by Design Controls. Build and manage OneTrust inventories for personal data and controls. Oversee OneTrust Privacy Notice Management, Data Privacy Scanning, and Privacy Inventory Reporting. Automate Personal Data Inventory and develop privacy processes, reporting, and dashboards using OneTrust. Conduct Privacy Assessments using OneTrust and ensure compliance with Privacy Threshold Assessment requirements. Manage Vendor Risk using OneTrust Vendor Risk Management module. Implement Data Retention Management and Consent Management using OneTrust.
