Manchester University is seeking an enthusiastic, relationship-driven Online Admissions & Success Advisor to guide prospective and current students through their educational journey. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource from first inquiry through enrollment and beyond, helping students navigate admissions, financial aid, and academic success while promoting Manchester's growing online undergraduate and graduate programs. This position combines student recruitment, advising, and relationship-building in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
- Recruit and engage prospective students for online undergraduate and graduate programs through phone, email, text, and virtual outreach.
- Guide applicants through the admissions process, providing personalized support from inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct proactive follow-up with inquiries and applicants to encourage application completion and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate student records and communications within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, alumni, and marketing partners to expand program awareness and support enrollment growth.
- Serve as a Success Advisor for new and returning students, helping them stay connected and on track toward their goals.
- Represent Manchester University at recruiting, community, and professional events.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, colleagues, and external partners.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems; Slate experience preferred.
- Prior admissions, recruitment, enrollment, or higher education experience is preferred.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
