An Online Chat Representative for Compass Realty Inc provides customer support through live chat, email, and online messaging platforms. The representative assists customers with product information, orders, shipment updates, pricing questions, and basic technical support while ensuring professional and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and online messaging systems
- Provide information about plastic products, packaging solutions, pricing, and availability
- Assist customers with placing or tracking orders
- Resolve customer issues or escalate concerns to the appropriate department
- Enter and update customer information in company databases
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, shipping, and customer service teams
- Maintain accurate chat records and service notes
- Follow company communication and customer service standards
- Assist with email support when needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong written communication and typing skills
- Basic computer knowledge and internet navigation skills
- Customer service or online support experience preferred
