In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs, schedule virtual meetings, and guide them through available options in a supportive and professional environment.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit options

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom

• Assist clients through the enrollment process and answer questions

• Maintain organized digital documentation and client records

• Participate in regular team development sessions and training
