Pitt EDGE supports the full lifecycle of digital learning through services such as instructional design, technology integration, market analysis, academic planning, recruitment, and quality assurance.

• Develops or transitions curricula for new online or hybrid programs utilizing appropriate instructional technologies, authoring tools, and features of the learning management system (LMS).
• Builds and reviews online and hybrid courses within the LMS.
• Designs, develops, and edits text-based and multimedia content for online and hybrid courses.
• Recommends teaching methods for online and hybrid learning modalities and implements pedagogical improvements for online and hybrid courses.
• Conducts training programs related to online and hybrid pedagogy or technology.

Conducts quality assurance and digital accessibility reviews on instructional content for online and hybrid courses.

Experience with graphic design and Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
