    What You'll Do

    As a Member Services Representative, you'll serve as a key point of contact for members, ensuring they receive accurate information, exceptional service, and ongoing support.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Meet with members virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
    • Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage options, and available programs
    • Assist members with applications and required documentation
    • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support
    • Build strong relationships through professionalism and consistent communication
    • Maintain accurate records and member information
    • Resolve concerns efficiently while delivering a positive experience
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service standards
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
