Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Support Specialist to join our Online Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing escalations and contributing to project work. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about problem-solving and protecting user experiences across our family of apps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience within an operations environment
- Experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment
- Excellent customer service and prioritization skills
- Experience communicating the results of analyses
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with AI development and evaluation
- Strong analytical expertise and empathy
- Ability to work successfully across teams and countries
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage 80% escalations (ticket work) and 20% project work
- Think creatively to address ambiguous issues and drive solutions for change
- Conduct root-cause analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Identify and mitigate emerging issues proactively
- Evaluate AI performance and recommend improvements
