Are you passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals? Blackburn College is seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Online Program Recruiting Coordinator to help grow our innovative online education programs, including Early Childhood Education and Teacher Licensure.
In this role, you'll be more than a recruiter—you'll be a guide, mentor, and advocate for prospective students as they take the next step in their educational journey. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and engage prospective students interested in Blackburn's online education programs.
- Guide students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Build meaningful relationships through phone, email, Zoom, and in-person communication.
- Assist students with admissions requirements, financial aid resources, and enrollment steps.
- Partner with the Registrar, Financial Aid, Business Office, and Academic Departments to create a seamless student experience.
- Represent Blackburn College at college fairs, community events, and recruitment activities.
- Develop partnerships with community colleges, particularly Early Childhood Associate Degree programs.
- Support enrollment, retention, and student success initiatives for Blackburn's growing online programs.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping students succeed.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across campus.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and other technology tools.
- Knowledge of financial aid processes is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including occasional evenings and weekends.
