Job Overview:
The Corporate (Online) Promotions Coordinator assists with the creation, implementation, execution, and reporting of online promotions across Wind Creek Hospitality Properties. This position supports the administration of Casinoverse promotional campaigns and guest engagement initiatives while providing operational support to corporate and property teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with the development, configuration, testing, and execution of online promotions, tournaments, drawings, auctions, quests, challenges, property perks, and campaigns within Casinoverse for all WCH Properties.
- Creates, schedules, tests, launches, and maintains recurring and one-time promotional activities within Casinoverse.
- Maintains promotional calendars and ensures accurate execution of promotions across multiple properties.
- Creates and maintains Community Wall content, promotional descriptions, guest communications, and operational documentation.
- Monitors active promotions and troubleshoots issues related to guest participation, prize fulfillment, and promotional performance.
- Coordinates recurring promotional programs including daily tournaments, drawings, auctions, monthly quests, challenges, property perks, and birthday promotions.
- Educates guests on Casinoverse features, promotions, tournaments, quests, rewards, and engagement opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Offers suggestions on gifts and prizes that are incorporated into the events and promotions
- Assists in developing promotional concepts, prize structures, and guest engagement initiatives.
- Creates a winning environment and congratulates the winners.
- Helps to develop and execute new and exciting OLOP (Online On-Property) promotions and initiatives
- Keeps an open mind when tasked with new responsibilities in an ever-evolving virtual platform
- Understands the customer reinvestment structure to ensure proper channel delivery of entitlements to our loyalty members both online and on-property
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Public relations – preferred
- Minimum (3) years of experience creating, configuring, testing, launching, monitoring, and reporting on online promotions, tournaments, drawings, auctions, quests, and challenges. - required
- Minimum (3) years of experience administering and configuring promotions within Casinoverse.- required
- Minimum (3) years of experience supporting promotional initiatives across multiple Wind Creek properties - required
- Must pass an interview panel regarding communication skills, guest services skills, and obvious demonstration of a naturally outgoing, friendly, helpful personality and positive attitude (job audition will be required)
- Must have excellent organizational skills, strong computer skills with experience in word processing, databases and spreadsheets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, in English, effectively both verbally and in writing, and understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills are required
- Ability to perform data entry assignments, complete forms, documents, and written reports, analyze data and make sound recommendations
- Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team; Must be able to deal effectively with diverse departments, external vendors and agencies, and have flexibility to work in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and assignments

- Must be able to work various hours as needed including nights, holidays and weekends
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
