Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Onshore Tech Lead – Node.js & AWS (Video Streaming / AI Solutions) for their New York city, NY/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Solutioning, AI adoption, Client liasoning, Requirements, Analysis & Design, Solutioning using AI technologies (Claude), Development (using Claude), Process optimisations & automations, Offshore team co-ordination, team buildings, maintain/ improvise team culture etc.
 
Requirements:
  • 20.00 Years of Experience
  • Experience: 15+ years in software engineering/architecture with recent experience leading enterprise development teams.
  • Domain Background: Media, OTT, Video Streaming, Digital Broadcasting, Video Encoding/CDN platforms.
  • Critical Skills:
  • Mandatory: Node.js, AWS, Claude AI (Anthropic), Vercel, DynamoDB
  • Video Encoding & Video Streaming platforms
  • AI-assisted software development and solution design
  • Technical architecture, solutioning, stakeholder management
  • Team leadership (onsite/offshore coordination)
  • Requirements gathering, system design, automation, SDLC
