Client Overview:
Our client is an established HOA/community association management organization overseeing residential communities with a focus on operational excellence, compliance, and resident satisfaction. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish) Onsite Community Association Manager (HOA) to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential HOA community.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$70k - $80k DOE

Position Overview:
This Onsite Community Association Manager (HOA) role is responsible for full operational management of the association, including homeowner relations, covenant enforcement, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, Board support, and administrative functions. The Onsite Community Association Manager (HOA) will ensure smooth community operations, maintain compliance with governing documents, and support a high level of resident satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced HOA environment. The ideal Onsite Community Association Manager (HOA) will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing all aspects of onsite community operations.

Responsibilities of the Onsite Community Association Manager (HOA):
  • Manage daily onsite HOA operations, ensuring proper maintenance, compliance, and overall community upkeep.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners, Board of Directors, vendors, and contractors.
  • Oversee covenant enforcement, violations, ACC requests, and homeowner communications.
  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Prepare Board reports, attend meetings, assist with budgeting, and ensure compliance with governing documents and Florida Statutes.
  • Availability for evening Board meetings and urgent matters.
Required Experience/Skills for the Onsite Community Association Manager (HOA):
  • Active Florida CAM (Community Association Manager) license required.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance, and community projects.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Onsite Community Association Manager (HOA):
  • 3+ years of HOA/community association management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with property management software (AppFolio preferred).
  • Prior experience in onsite HOA/community management environments.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Additional education in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
