Description
Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large-scale active adult community in Lakewood, New Jersey.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced community association environment.
Salary $105,000-$110,000
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a large active adult community.
Work closely with the Board of Trustees to implement policies and achieve community goals.
Prepare Board meeting agendas, management reports, and meeting minutes.
Develop and monitor operating and reserve budgets.
Coordinate and oversee vendors, contractors, and capital improvement projects.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the community is well maintained.
Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable regulations.
Work collaboratively with accounting, legal counsel, engineers, and other professionals.
Qualifications
Experience managing a large-scale community is strongly preferred.
Active adult community management experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HOA management software is preferred.
CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation is preferred but not required.
