Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of EDI for automotive customers and suppliers, as well as integrating EDI data into ERP systems.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive customers and suppliers to ensure smooth EDI processes
- Act a point of contact for all EDI-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with staff to correct Schedule Agreements and make Index Changes.
- Work with EDI Specialist to correct ASN related errors within the EDI.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to ensure data integrity and timely delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve EDI-related issues and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with external EDI service providers to ensure compliance with customer and supplier requirements
- Develop and maintain EDI mappings and translations in ERP systems
- Configure and maintain ERP EDI functionality to meet customer and supplier requirements
- Collaborate with EDI Specialist to ensure seamless integration of EDI data into ERP systems
- 2+ years of experience in EDI systems
- Knowledge of EDI standards such as X12/EDIFACT and EDI communication protocols
- Experience with ERP systems such as Infor LN or SAP helpful
- Knowledge of Automotive EDI standards helpful
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
