Our healthcare client is looking for event support for their Pride event on June 6, 2026. This is an annual event hosted by Seattle Pride. This family friendly event features live music, food, and activity booths.
Their booth is hosted by the tooth fairy and will have a tooth fairy who will decorate fairy wings with kids.
The Onsite Event Coordinator will be working from noon-6pm PST where they will interact with the public and then assist with teardown (no heavy lifting, but will help take down canopy tent, carry folding table, etc. Max: 30 lbs)
You will:
- help pass out giveaway items (tote bags, fans, etc.)
- assist with decorating wings (glitter glue, etc.)
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
