Job Description 
  • Ticket management and hands-on troubleshooting (hardware, software, network)
  • End-user support as the primary onsite IT contact
  • Full onboarding preparation (laptops, accounts, software, day-1 support)
  • Device lifecycle management (setup, reimaging, upgrades, replacements)
  • OS maintenance and patching
  • Physical network support (cabling, connectivity)
  • Coordination with remote IT teams
  • Continuous support with evolving daily workload
