Job Description

We are seeking well qualified IT candidates.  Candidates must have prior experience working in the IT industry and have the understanding of the day-to-day operations of a small business.  This is an in-person position.  

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate must be able to interact with fellow employees as well as external 3rd party IT support companies under contract.  Some common tasks would include, but not limited to, setting up PC's, printers and other hardware.  Troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues that arise.  Working with 3rd party IT providers on IT projects.  Troubleshooting connectivity issues with Ethernet and WIFI systems, including access points.

Qualifications

A good, prospective candidate should have-

  • Strong computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, printers, mobile devices, and common business applications.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, cybersecurity, user accounts, and permissions.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to employees with varying levels of technical experience.
  • Strong customer-service, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize support requests, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Previous IT support experience preferred.
    CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar industry certification preferred but not required.
