    Onsite Job: Electrical Assembler | Austin, Texas, United States Onsite Electrical Assembler - Indotronix | Austin, TX (2nd Shift, Contract) About the Role Indotronix is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler for an onsite contract position in Austin, TX (78753). Join our team to work on cutting-edge electromechanical assemblies in a clean room environment. This is a great opportunity to build your technical skills and advance your career in electronics manufacturing, working Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (4/10 schedule). Responsibilities - Assemble, disassemble, and modify production subassemblies following detailed work instructions and blueprints - Conduct self-inspection of work to ensure accuracy and quality compliance - Perform conformal coating inspection, masking, and application using fine brushes and masking tape - Work under slight magnification for the majority of your shift to handle small components meticulously - Read and interpret schematics, process plans, and technical drawings - Inspect parts, materials, and finished assemblies for flaws and imperfections - Manually solder or epoxy electrical components as required - Operate Solder Reflow Ovens, semi-automatic pick-and-place machines, and automated measurement systems - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to clean room protocols Required Skills and Experience - 2-4 years' experience in electrical assembly or a related field - Minimum two years of High School or Trade School education - Demonstrated ability with conformal coating inspection and masking - Skilled in using fine brushes for precise coating of small features - Comfortable working under slight magnification for extended periods - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and self-inspection - Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Effective communication skills and a collaborative work ethic Preferred Skills - IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications - Experience with solder certification processes - Familiarity with MRP software and data collection systems - Previous work in clean room environments Benefits - Opportunities to learn advanced assembly, inspection, and coating techniques - Exposure to state-of-the-art manufacturing technology - Collaborative, quality-focused team culture - Steady second-shift schedule with 3-day weekends How to Apply If you are a motivated assembler ready to enhance your skills in an innovative environment, apply now!
