Role Summary
The Onsite Lifestyle Manager oversees the planning, coordination, promotion, budgeting, and execution of over 35 annual community events and programs, including vendor and volunteer management, financial oversight, program scheduling, community engagement, and collaboration with staff and communications teams to ensure well-organized, cost-effective, and impactful events.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and implement all event designs, project planning, event promotions and marketing, registrations, budgeting, invoicing, revenue, and venue coordination for over 35 annual events
- Regularly manage ten or more vendors, associates, event staff and volunteers on event days
- Create and maintain community event calendars
- Provide oversight and management of the Community Programs and Program Vendors, including the vendor database, program scheduling, obtaining annual insurance documents and obtaining monthly facility fees
- Ensure accurate documentation for all community events and programs, vendor contacts, financials, event summary reports, etc.
- Review all vendor invoices before payment to verify they are properly insured based on company policy
- Develop and cultivate positive relationships with cities, school districts, local businesses, and other recreational program service providers in assigned communities to ensure maximum programming opportunities for minimal expense
- Demonstrate value to our clients by creating and implementing survey tools and processes to identify levels of interest of local recreational programs and community events to residents of assigned communities
- Monitor and analyze monthly expenditures of the community recreational programs and events in assigned communities to ensure staying within approved client budgets through the monthly review and reconciliation of monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with the Executive Director, General Manager, and other staff to support and direct volunteer committee(s) to clarify roles, resident involvement and volunteer leadership opportunities
- Work closely with the Communications Manager to coordinate community E blasts and website content, etc. to promote lifestyle and events

Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in event planning and execution
- Operational and property management experience is helpful
- Demonstrated success working in a high-volume, multifaceted customer service setting
- College Degree Preferred, equivalent work experiences will be considered
- Ability to work effectively within committees and support collaborative group dynamics
- Self-directed and capable of managing multiple tasks while prioritizing daily responsibilities
- Demonstrates a positive, professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines efficiently
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Publisher, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed.
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 10-15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies).
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens.
- Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings.
- Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels.
- Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and navigate varied terrain.

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
