Onsite Light Industrial Recruiter - Spartanburg, SC

Location: Spartanburg, SC (Onsite)

Pay: $40,000–$50,000 per year

We're looking for an Onsite Recruiter to join our team in Spartanburg, SC. In this role, you'll recruit for light industrial positions by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and partnering with hiring managers to fill open positions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Keep recruiting records up to date in the applicant tracking system.
• Support high-volume hiring while providing a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Recruiting or staffing experience preferred, especially in light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or production.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Professional, dependable, and able to work onsite in Spartanburg.
