Onsite Agency Manager – State Farm Experience Required

Full-Time | Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Agency Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, established insurance and financial services office.

Prior State Farm agency experience is required.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands how a successful State Farm office operates and is comfortable taking ownership of the team’s daily execution, accountability, customer experience, and results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the daily activities of the team
• Set expectations and hold team members accountable for performance and follow-through
• Monitor sales, service, retention, and activity goals
• Coach team members and help improve individual and team performance
• Ensure leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and customer requests are handled timely
• Oversee workflow and help keep the office organized and efficient
• Assist with escalated customer situations and problem resolution 
• Conduct or lead team huddles and meetings
• Help onboard and train new team members
• Reinforce agency procedures, standards, and expectations
• Identify problems early and take initiative to resolve them
• Communicate daily with agency ownership regarding results, staffing, and operational needs

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Previous experience working in a State Farm agency ● Strong understanding of State Farm agency operations and customer service expectations ● Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses  ● Demonstrated leadership ability ● Strong organizational and follow-through skills ● Ability to coach, direct, and hold others accountable ● Professional communication skills ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred:

• Previous experience as an Office Manager, Agency Manager, Team Lead, or senior State Farm team member
• Experience leading both sales and service team members
• Experience training and developing employees
