Ready to build, travel, and solve problems that matter?
Do you enjoy hands-on work, meeting new people, and taking ownership from start to finish? At ISCO, you’ll travel nationwide to customer sites, deliver HDPE fusion solutions, and keep critical projects moving. You’ll represent a family-owned company known for investing in the growth of its team members—and you’ll do it with the autonomy and support to succeed.
What the role looks like
You arrive on site, set up fusion equipment, and execute precise plastic welding to specification. When issues come up—hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical—you troubleshoot with confidence and help from our support team. You keep communication flowing with the customer and coordinate with the sales rep. Between jobs, you may pitch in at the local plant for fabrication or shipping, and you’ll frequently train and certify customers on proper fusion practices. Safety guides every step—on the road, in training, and in the yard.
Growth-focused environment
We provide industry-recognized development: ISCO/McElroy fusion training and testing, manufacturer electro-fusion certification, plus First Aid and MSHA safety training certifications.
