The Onsite Recruiter acts as the primary liaison between the company and the client’s internal HR team. This role is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of industrial manufacturing talent while maintaining a physical presence at the client facility to ensure operational excellence, employee retention, and high-quality placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Onsite Operations & Employee Relations:
Manage the day-to-day onsite presence, including greeting the HR office daily to assess immediate needs.
Conduct regular "floor walks" to interface with supervisors and gather feedback on new employee performance and general operational status.
Engage with temporary staff in break rooms to collect feedback on job satisfaction and actively solicit employee referrals.
Facilitate the onboarding process by assisting with necessary paperwork and developing efficient HR processes.
Monitor and mitigate turnover by ensuring quality placements and resolving employee issues promptly.
Administration & Reporting:
Manage and track referrals, personnel needs, and terminations received from client HR.
Audit and report any personnel or operational issues to senior management.
Maintain organized files and documentation, planning daily schedules and updates for management.
