Job Overview
  • Seeking a Software Integrator to guide end-to-end planning and delivery of complex software programs throughout the full lifecycle.
  • This role bridges engineering, program management, and quality to ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • You will collaborate with engineering leads, crossfunctional teams, and management to manage project schedules, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and clearly communicate goals and status to stakeholders, while continuously improving program processes and execution efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Guide fast-paced software delivery on appliance programs including defining requirements and milestones, managing schedules, and managing risk
  • Address evolving challenges of scope creep, shifting priorities, and delayed timelines while maintaining a clear focus on delivering high-quality results and enforcing milestone-based program governance
  • Identify project and team issues, drive root-cause analysis with engineering teams, and distill complex technical concepts into actionable steps
  • Ensure alignment between the core team and cross-functional teams on priorities, trade-offs, direction, decisions, and execution
  • Provide consistent and clear updates to stakeholders and leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years experience in program management and managing cross-team projects
  • Experience in software development workflows and executive reporting
  • Experience leading end-to-end delivery for consumer appliances, ensuring alignment across electronics, software, and other engineering functions
