Position Summary
The Onsite Services Associate supports one of Agora's premier customer locations each morning, ensuring the facility remains stocked, organized, and operational while maintaining exceptional service standards. During the remainder of the workday, the associate supports merchandising, inventory replenishment, and customer service activities across additional customer accounts. The ideal candidate is adaptable, customer-focused, reliable, and capable of working independently across multiple environments.
Schedule
- Morning Assignment: 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, at assigned customer location.
- Afternoon Assignment: Merchandising and route support activities at customer locations throughout the Eastside service area.
Key Responsibilities (Mornings)
- Prepare facility for daily operations by 8:00 AM by arriving onsite at 6:30 am.
- Stock snacks, beverages, dairy products, glassware, and amenities.
- Maintain boardrooms, huddle rooms, kitchens, and public spaces.
- Spot-check bathrooms, restock amenities as needed
- Operate and monitor coffee, water, and beverage equipment.
- Support catering events and meeting services.
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate supply replenishment and report facility issues.
- Participate in monthly deep-clean activities.
Merchandising & Route Support (Afternoons)
- Merchandise products at customer locations.
- Maintain product freshness and presentation standards.
- Execute planograms and stocking requirements.
- Support route and account service activities.
- Assist with inventory replenishment.
- Support customer service needs across assigned accounts.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service, retail, merchandising, hospitality, or related experience.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
- Experience servicing customer accounts or route-based operations.
- Experience with inventory management and product merchandising.
- Experience with beverage equipment and workplace amenities programs.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locations.
Success Metrics
- Boardrooms and common spaces maintained to presentation standards.
- Stock levels consistently maintained.
- Beverage stations operational and guest-ready.
- Timely completion of daily checklist and service requests.
- Merchandising standards consistently executed across assigned customer locations.

Working Conditions
Fast-paced customer service environment requiring travel between customer locations, standing, walking, lifting, bending, merchandising products, and interacting with employees, guests, vendors, and customer contacts.
