Snelling is seeking a dynamic and bilingual Onsite Staffing Manager to oversee daily workforce operations across a multi-site campus in Mesquite, TX. This role is responsible for managing associate performance, client communication, and full onsite staffing operations while ensuring workforce needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Location: Mesquite, TX (Multi-site campus support)
Salary: $60,000 annually
Schedule: Flexible coverage between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (must be available within operational window)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day onsite staffing operations across multiple client sites
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client workforce needs and escalations
- Coordinate associate placement, scheduling, attendance, and performance tracking
- Conduct onboarding, orientation, and site-specific training for new associates
- Maintain accurate reporting, timekeeping, and compliance documentation
- Build strong relationships with client leadership and internal recruiting teams
- Address and resolve workforce issues quickly and professionally
- Ensure staffing levels align with operational demands at all times
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
- Previous experience in staffing, HR, onsite management, or workforce coordination
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different job sites
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and staffing systems (preferred)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule within a 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM operational window
