Available Schedules
Whiteland, IN
Monday–Friday, 1pm–9pm
Plainfield / Avon Area
Part-time, up to 40 hours per week
Weekend flexibility required
Shifts: 8am–5pm or 10am–6pm
What You’ll Do
Serve as the onsite point of contact at our client’s facility, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met
Walk the production floor to actively monitor associate performance
Conduct new hire orientations, onboarding, and shift check-ins
Coach employees to improve performance and reduce turnover
Create and maintain daily/weekly reports (attendance, performance, turnover) using Excel
Conduct injury investigations and employee relations follow-ups
Support recruiting efforts as needed
What You Bring
Prior warehouse management experience
Knowledge of forklift/PITT equipment
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
Experience in light industrial staffing or onsite workforce management preferred
High energy, positive attitude, and a team-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and manage a multi-shift workforce
Comfortable working with a diverse group of people
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
