$2,500 sign-on bonus available. Plus, you’ll partner with another tech and operate from a truck-based mobile workshop to service local hospitals.

What you'll do

  • Inspect, sharpen, and repair surgical instruments onsite—ranging from basic touch-ups to more detailed restoration.
  • Operate grinding and buffing wheels; perform soldering; use assorted hand and power tools.
  • Travel locally with a teammate to provide mobile repair at customer facilities.

What you'll bring

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Manual dexterity, accuracy, and the willingness to learn.
  • Schedule flexibility, including early/late hours with occasional overnight and out-of-state travel.
  • Ability to pass a DOT medical/physical exam; adherence to all DOT regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (CDL not required); ability to maintain required vaccines.
  • 21+ years old to meet FMCSA commercial interstate driving requirements.

Relevant experience can include

  • Small engine, cell phone, or electronics repair; testing; rebuilds.
  • Carpentry; circuit board assembly/repair.
  • Sterile processing; industrial sewing; jewelry repair.
  • Maintenance, construction, or automotive repair.
  • Assembly, product testing, and roles using small hand tools.
