Schedule:Monday – FridayHours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PMJob Term: Temp to HirePosition Summary:The Onsite Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of temporary employees at the client location. This role serves as the primary liaison between the client, hiring managers, and the staffing agency while overseeing recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, safety compliance, and daily workforce operations. The Onsite Supervisor ensures staffing needs are met while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.Job Duties:Recruit, interview, and submit qualified candidates to client hiring managersCoordinate drug screenings, background checks, and complete new hire onboarding paperworkConduct workplace safety inspections, walkthroughs, and safety orientationsOrganize and maintain employee files and documentationFollow up with supervisors to ensure staffing needs are metReview employee worked hours and attendance records dailyAttend company, client, and safety meetings as requiredEnsure employees receive required PPE, safety training, and departmental trainingPick up and distribute payroll checks to supervisors and employeesUpdate payroll records and employee information in company systemsMonitor associate availability and staffing coverageRecommend employee performance evaluations to managers and supervisorsConduct employee safety meetings and reinforce company safety policiesReview client expectations and communicate operational requirements to employeesTrack daily and weekly employee headcount and hours workedVerify forklift certifications and coordinate certifications for new operatorsSupervise and provide support to associates and team leadsMonitor attendance and address attendance-related concernsAssist with employee replacements or assignment terminations as neededInvestigate workplace injuries and complete accident reportsVerify payroll accuracy and correct missing punches with employees and client representativesPrepare payroll and attendance reports for Corporate by required deadlinesPerform additional administrative and operational duties as assignedJob Requirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or onsite supervision preferredStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEnglish communication requiredBilingual Spanish preferred but not requiredAbility to maintain confidential employee informationStrong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple prioritiesReliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PMProfessional demeanor and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
