We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional for a 100% onsite role to provide technical support and assistance. This position requires expertise in hardware troubleshooting and operating system management, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Laptop/Desktop refresh processes
- Proficiency in OS Imaging
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Laptop/Desktop Hardware
- Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
- Excellent communication skills
- End User Support experience
- Stakeholder Management abilities
- Team Player mentality
- Experience in Ticket handling
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Additional certifications in IT support or related fields
- Experience with advanced networking troubleshooting
- Familiarity with remote support tools and software
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support for hardware and software issues
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new equipment
- Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues
