Onsite Support Technician
12 Month Contract (W2) Teterboro, NJ (On-Site)
In this position you will be responsible for handling of circuits to the end user. Supporting laptop repairs. Will be working on Client laptops doing mother boards, hard drives, screens.
PC Hardware/Software troubleshooting parts replacements and installation
Basic understanding of PC functionality. Tech will assist customers and install device security, McAfee, and CrowdStrike.
Configure laptop devices as required.
Networking and Wireless knowledge.
Resolve technical IT issues for clients via phone, or remote support.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Basic understanding of networking
Familiar with Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and the Microsoft 365 suite
Production/manufacturing environment experience is a plus
Experience supporting production-related equipment, label printers is a plus
Requirements:
2 years + experience working on repairing or break/fix work for computer hardware including laptops.
A+ certification preferred.
