Responsibilities
• Operates and supports onsite video conferencing and integrated conference room AV systems each business day
• Supports scheduled and ad hoc video meetings, including pre-meeting system checks and in-room user assistance
• Diagnoses and resolves faults across codecs, cameras, microphones and DSPs, control processors and touch panels, displays, and signal routing
• Performs routine system checks and firmware updates, and reports recurring issues
• Documents incidents and resolutions, and escalates to G-Star engineering when needed
• Communicates clearly and professionally with users at every level of the organization

Requirements
• Hands-on experience supporting video conferencing and conference room AV systems in a business, enterprise, or government setting
• Demonstrated troubleshooting ability across audio, video, and control signal paths
• Clear verbal and written communication with non-technical users
• Ability to work onsite full-time and to complete the personnel screening the Government requires for facility and system access
• Prefer candidates with foundational (Level 1) manufacturer training or credentials, such as: HP | POLYHP | Poly video collaboration technical training, CRESTRON Crestron Technical Institute (CTI) foundational coursework, QSC Q-SYS Level One training, AMX AMX training through HARMAN Professional, EXTRON Extron AV Associate certification, AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) credential, Experience with Cisco Webex or Microsoft Teams Rooms systems, Prior onsite support at a federal facility, or a current or recent federal background investigation
