OOP QC Analyst

The OOP QC Analyst supports complaint management and loan servicing operations by reviewing complaints for compliance and accuracy, conducting quality audits, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

• Evaluate complaint documentation for adherence to regulatory and procedural standards.
• Perform quality control reviews of internal processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely resolutions.
• Create test scripts for new audit processes and review consumer complaints handled by servicers.
• Identify discrepancies, analyze root causes, and communicate findings to management.
• Follow up on actionable items, prepare reports, and analyze operational metrics.
• Navigate mortgage systems, assess complaint remediation, and support escalation procedures.
• Recommend process improvements and support risk management initiatives.
• 
  Requirements: 5+ years in complaint management or loan servicing, bachelor’s degree or equivalent, mortgage industry knowledge, compliance expertise, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Occasional travel may be needed.
