Favorable Call Schedule: Phone call only 2-3 weeks per year.
Strong Team Support: Practice alongside 6 physicians and 12 APPs with dedicated nursing staff and CMAs to support patient care.
Leadership Opportunity: APP oversight available with the ability to help guide and mentor advanced practice providers.
Compensation & Benefits
Strong Earning Potential:$260,000+ base salary plus RVU incentives with potential to earn $400,000+ annually seeing around 24 patients per day (NO CAP!)
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 commencement bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance.
