Responsibilities

  • Host engaging open houses that generate leads and expand your professional network.
  • Welcome visitors, build rapport, and create memorable first impressions.
  • Showcase homes while educating buyers on key features and neighborhood benefits.
  • Follow up consistently with attendees to convert conversations into appointments and future clients.
  • Learn to confidently guide buyers through the home buying process with the support of experienced mentors.
  • Assist with drafting offers and negotiations while developing your transaction expertise.
  • Generate new business using proven lead generation systems and best practices.
  • Participate in weekly coaching, script practice, and professional development sessions.
  • Track client interactions, activities, and follow-up using PLACE Technology.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team committed to growth, accountability, and shared success.
