SEASONAL PRODUCTION WORKER
Lakewood, WA | Seasonal | $18/hour

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Seasonal Production Worker is responsible for packaging individual gum packets into boxes in a production environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and meet quality standards before shipment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Package individual gum packets into designated boxes according to company standards
- Ensure correct counts, alignment, and packaging quality for all boxed products
- Inspect packaged items for defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
- Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice

Required Competencies:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Physical Demands:
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Repetitive hand and arm movements
- Light to moderate lifting of packaged boxes as needed
- Exposure to a production environment that may be fast-paced and moderately noisy
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
