As a Field Trainer with JMC Enterprises, you'll mentor and coach technicians in safe and efficient snow and ice removal while performing the work alongside them in outdoor, winter conditions. You'll also serve as the driver of the service vehicle, traveling to different locations and ensuring your team is supported and trained every step of the way.Please note: All traveling positions show the location as Syracuse, NY as a default.
