Dissertation advisement is part of the load, with 5 students constituting a course. The position is entirely remote, and the program curriculum has been designed to put mission and program differentiators at the forefront. While we have worked with professional instructional designers to construct the coursework and online platforms, this new faculty member will have the opportunity to enhance the already-designed primarily asynchronous doctoral courses.
This is an open-rank position ideal for someone who would prefer to work remotely. Opportunities for in-person visits to campus will be made available. Area of focus should include general educational leadership and applied research, with additional experience in qualitative methodology and knowledge of The Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate (CPED) preferred.
