Compensation

• $25–$35+ per hour, depending on experience

• Polyurethane flooring
  

• Urethane cement systems
  

• MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) flooring
  

• Decorative quartz systems
  

• Decorative flake flooring
  

• High-build epoxy coatings
  

• Chemical-resistant flooring
  

• Concrete polishing and surface preparation
  

• Concrete grinding
  

• Shot blasting
  

• Scarifying
  

• Moisture mitigation
  

• Crack repair
  

• Joint filling
  

• Floor restoration
  

Foreman candidates should also have experience:

• Leading installation crews
  

• Reading blueprints and specifications
  

• Managing jobsite production
  

• Maintaining safety and quality standards
  

• Training and mentoring team members
