Summary of Experience for all positions entails:

• Food prep manager experience is a plus. Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment is preferable but we are open to train and develop staff who exhibit the desire to grow and thrive in a flexible, nurturing environment that is creative and fun.
  
  *Must be able to count money. There will be a test.*

We start at $12 per hour.  The rate increases after the initial probationary period for anyone who is promoted to a Lead.
If you are already prepared to be a lead, we will match or beat your current wages commensurate with experience. We are hiring in teams of 1or 2 per shift and will consider your personal referrals and conduct group interviews as such. In lieu of experience, we will consider training those who exhibit the energy, passion, and commitment to developing the PCF brand and family.

Jobs available are: Shift Supervisor(s)

Hours: Part-time, flexible, weekdays, weeknights, weekends, some holidays, and community canvasing based on qualifications and experience. Shifts span in varying increments between the operating hours of 12pm to 10pm.  MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

As a PCF shift lead, you’ll be a role model of the store operations standards that define our Peach Cobbler Factory Experience. You’ll lead each shift, working alongside fellow “cobbleristas” to deliver stellar customer service and a variety of expertly crafted dessert products. You’ll be in an energetic environment where you’ll have the ability to positively influence and guide others, maintain an encouraging team environment, and grow your leadership skills. Shift supervisors are leaders in creating an uplifting experience for our customers and co-workers.

General expectations for ALL positions consist of the following:

• Show an eye for perfection and an intolerance for mediocrity and take pride in the work being done
• Be proficient in performing all Crew Member tasks including: FOH, BOH, EXPO, PREP. 
• Maintains fast accurate service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards.
• Make sure the restaurant is up to company standards with regards to cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility.
  Operate the POS accurately and maintain proper control of company assets. Make accurate deposits.

Basic Qualifications for ALL positions entail:

• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays 
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality dessert products, cash handling and store safety and security.

In addition to the expectations, qualifications and skills above, the shift supervisor criteria is as follows: You’d make a great shift supervisor if you:

• Shift supervisor or lead crew directs all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the GM including supervising and training employees, opening and closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports. Prior experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees is preferable.

  Pay starts at $12.00 per hour for everyone.  That pay rate is increased for Leads.
