Open Interviews for Chick-fil-A Royal Oak to be held at Royal Oak Chamber Commerce, 200 South Washington Ave. Royal Oak, MI 48067 on February 9th from 10:00AM - 3:00PM, Complimentary 2hr. parking in the structure across the street.

Responsibilities • Create and maintain eye contact • Speak enthusiastically • Make emotional connections with guest • Proactively serve team and guest • Follow opening procedures to set up the Front of House for a successful day • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant • Reliable • Positive attitude • Team player • Loves serving and helping others • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and positive guest experiences
Requirements Applicants must: Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic Communicate effectively with guests and team members Have reliable transportation Open approximately three times a week Work standing for several hours at a time Have the ability to communicate effectively in English Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs Be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently Work well under pressure, independently, and in a team environment Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned
