Restaurant Opening Manager / Opening Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Opening Manager/Opening Consultant to join our team for an approximately four-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role, as we prepare to launch a new project. We're looking for someone who has experience opening or managing restaurants and is passionate about developing people, establishing operational excellence, and creating an exceptional guest experience from day one.
Working alongside our operations and culinary team, you will help establish daily operations, train and develop our staff, and ensure we’re ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in day-to-day opening preparations.
- Train and onboard front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
- Create operating procedures, service standards, and training programs.
- Coach staff and floor management team throughout training and opening.
- Support mock, soft, and grand opening.
- Help us create a positive culture focused on hospitality, teamwork, and accountability.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
- A rooted passion for hospitality and building teams.
This position is initially structured as a four-month contract to support our restaurant opening. However, for the right candidate, there is potential to transition into a permanent role within our growing restaurant group as we continue to grow.
