Part-Time to Full-Time

The Learning Experience Lake Georgetown is located at 4816 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX 78633. We are seeking a reliable and dependable Morning Support Teacher to join our team. Morning coverage is critical to our school operations, so punctuality and consistency are essential. This position may transition from part-time to full-time based on school needs and performance.
Job Description

As a Morning Support Teacher, you will:
- Support classroom teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Help maintain strong classroom management and smooth morning transitions
- Model professionalism and teamwork while assisting lead teachers
- Implement and support our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children
- Communicate positively with families and contribute to a welcoming school culture
- Partner with leadership to support enrollment, retention, and overall center success
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers
Requirements
------------
- Highly reliable and punctual 6:30 AM start time
- Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
- Team player who is willing to jump in where needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Previous childcare experience preferred
Qualifications
--------------
- 2 years of professional teaching experience preferred
- At least six months of childcare experience required with proof of 24 hours of Pre-service education certificates for childcare in Texas
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
