Key Responsibilities

• Opening the store, shift starting at 5:45am at least 4 days a week
• Lead and motivate team members during shifts
• Participate actively in daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Provide immediate, respectful, and friendly responses to guest needs
• Assist in training new hires and set a positive tone for every shift
• Manage cash tills and ensure operational excellence
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team and guests

Qualifications and Skills

• Enthusiastic approach with a smile to create connections with guests
• Strong people skills with a desire to support and serve team members
• Ability to manage team member behavior and performance with care
• Experience in leadership roles is preferred but not required
• Commitment to providing superior customer service in a fast-paced environment
