Key Responsibilities

• Arrive early at 4am to begin food prep and ensure readiness for 5am service
• Prepare and cook menu items according to Bojangles’ high standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer experiences
