Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
Experience implementing GitOps using ArgoCD.
Solid understanding of Kubernetes, containers, and orchestration.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of Git, Helm, YAML, Docker/Podman, and scripting (Bash or Python).
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
Design, implement, and manage GitOps solutions using ArgoCD on Red Hat OpenShift.
Deploy, configure, and support containerized applications in OpenShift environments.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and release processes.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment strategies and operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot platform, deployment, and application issues in OpenShift environments.
Implement best practices for Kubernetes, GitOps, infrastructure automation, and security.
Support platform upgrades, performance tuning, monitoring, and high availability.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
2 weeks remote and 2 weeks onsite in Boulder, CO(Travel/lodging expenses will be reimbursed)
We are seeking an experienced OpenShift ArgoCD Senior Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Kubernetes and GitOps solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, ArgoCD, and modern DevOps practices to help automate application deployments and improve platform reliability.
